Umbrella Academy's Emmy Raver-Lampman SCARES Fans After Posting Instagram Story

On January 15, The Umbrella Academy's Emmy Raver-Lampman (Allison) accidentally freaked fans out when she uploaded a series of Instagram stories detailing a fire incident.

In the background, fans can hear a female's voice using a loudspeaker, warning residents of Emmy's building that there may be a fire in the "court central building".

I "Attention please, attention please. This is building security speaking. We have a fire alarm activated in court central building. [...] The fire department has arrived on site and investigating the cause of the alarm. Please wait for further instruction."

Meanwhile, Emmy stays silent while lying still on her sofa, with the following caption:

I "...do i leave? … but .... quarantine …. gonna wait for further instructions"

How did fans react?

Due to the gravity of the situation, fans became worried for Emmy's safety, especially as Emmy didn't return to social media with an update.

Anxious fans had to wait two hours before Emmy finally posted another Instagram Story, explaining that she realized she had left fans on a "cliffhanger" and that in the end, it had been a "false alarm".

I “I’m just now realizing, because of the texts and the messages that I’ve been receiving, that I did leave that as a cliffhanger. I apologize."

I "We are fine, and by we I mean Luna* and I. She didn’t even wake up. Um, and yeah. That was a false alarm.”

*For those who don't know, Luna is Emmy's dog.

In other news, Emmy posted on Instagram that The Umbrella Academy season 3 is going to be "iconic" due to the arrival of the Sparrow siblings.

Meanwhile, Justin H. Min (Ben) tweeted out a few tweets about the two families, and it's pretty obvious which set of siblings he now prefers...
