On January 9, YouTuber Tana Mongeau tweeted out that she has heard jokes that security at Tanacon was "better" than the security at the Capitol.
Let's rewind.
For those who don't know, the disastrous Tanacon back in June 2018 had thousands of fans waiting to enter for hours, before ultimately being sent away.
Jokes are aimed at the fact that these fans who paid for tickets couldn't even enter Tanacon, even with a lack of security staff (i.e. 25 contracted security staff for over thousands of attendees).
However, protestors were somehow able to storm the Capitol with relative ease on January 6.

Tana responded to this comparison by tweeting out:

So, how did Tana react to the violent protests in Washington DC?
Since the protestors stormed the Capitol, Tana had tweeted out several posts condemning the violent protestors, and the lack of armed security.
In a tweet, Tana posts:
I "i just keep watching this sh*t f**king baffled"
She then tweeted out concern for her fans in Washington DC, and slammed Donald Trump for labelling these "protestors" as "special".
I "please please if u are in dc right now stay safe i love you this sh*t is absolutely f**ked and f**k trump for calling all these sick f**king people special?!! like HELLO????? you’re supposed to be the president ??? where are the rubber bullets now smfh"
Tana also directly brings up the Black Lives Matter protests, comparing the armed guards who were present during that time to their absence during the recent protests.
I "Something just doesn’t sit right with me seeing the capitol steps during BLM protests with armed guards everywhere and then the second this sh** happens WHERE ARE THEY WHAT THE F**K???????"
Then, finally, in true Tana's fashion, she tweeted out a joke:
