Skai Jackson URGES Fans To Register To Vote In The 2020 Elections
"I just hope our next president speaks up on issues about climate change [and] hopefully, we will definitely see change, and especially with gun violence." Skai says.

On January 13, Skai Jackson tweeted out to fans to encourage them to register to vote in the elections this year in 2020.
Check out Skai's tweet below:
I "Hi guys, I just want to encourage you to register to vote in the elections this year. I’ll be turning 18 soon, and I cannot wait to vote. The first step is to make sure that you’re registered. Go to http://MoveOn.org/2Vote to get started. #YouthVote2020 #YouthVote @MoveOn."
In the tweet is a clip, which Skai also posted onto her Instagram Story, of her saying:
I "Hey, guys! It's Skai Jackson here and I just really wanted to encourage you guys to vote. Tell your friends to vote, tell everyone you know to vote. I know I will be. I'll be turning eighteen. So make sure you guys sign up."
The caption reads: My name is Skai Jackson, and I'm a first-time voter.
She also added a link that took fans to "Move On", a website that allowed them to register to vote.
So, what does Skai Jackson hope to see in the next US president?
On April 8, Skai will turn 18, and she intends to vote. In the clip, she revealed to fans her hopes for the next president, and what she'd like to see changed.
I "I think this is going to be a great election year. [...] I just hope our next president speaks up on issues about climate change and all the issues that are happening in the world. And hopefully, we will definitely see change, and especially with gun violence."
In the past, Skai has been vocal about President Donald Trump. On December 19, the day after it was announced that he had been impeached, Skai tweeted this out:

Skai was also one of the speakers for the "March for Our Lives" rally in LA to protest against gun violence.
