On January 13, Shane Dawson revealed to fans in a series of Instagram stories that an upcoming video will consist of deleted scenes from "The Beautiful World of Jeffree Star" series.
Let's rewind.
First of all, fans will already know that Shane is planning on uploading "fun" content onto his second channel, "ShaneGlossin". In Shane's update, he's planning to upload some deleted footage, which also includes the time someone trespassed on Shane's property, forcing Shane and Ryland to call the cops.)
However, it appeared that Shane's struggling to condense the deleted scenes into one video.
Check out what Shane said below:
I "Okay, so I've been editing, clearly, and I'm putting together deleted scenes, and my current issue is, there is two hours and 15 minutes of deleted scenes (laughs). So, um. I need to figure this out."
Shane explained that a lot of the deleted footage didn't make the final cut of "The Beautiful World of Jeffree Star" series either because of "time", or that it didn't "fit".
I "I think I needed a minute away from it and now that I'm looking at this footage again, it's just so fun, watching all of us just getting so into it. All these storylines that I just threw away just for time, or it didn't fit or whatever. Some of them, I wish I hadn't taken them all out.
However, since Shane has a lot of deleted footage he wanted to show, he isn’t sure how the video is going to be structured.
I "It might literally just be a long video of deleted scenes that don't really connect so it might not [be] entertaining. I don't know, I need to figure it out, but it definitely won't be two hours, I promise."
Shane then proceeded to show fans a few deleted scenes. The first scene consisted of one of Jeffree's "Thirsty" palette design. In the clip, Jeffree casually explained that the design was inspired by Garett's forehead, which led to Shane's snorted laughter.
In another deleted scene, Jeffree asked whether there was any "marijuana" in the arcade room, while in another scene, Shane is sitting, clueless, in a business meeting.
Shane finally ends the Instagram stories with:
I "I'm going to keep working on this and kind of just find all these moments and scenes that I really enjoy watching and then I'll put them all together, and I'll see what happens."
Fun fact: Shane's second channel, "ShaneGlossin", currently has 1.57 million subscribers.
