Get ready to rethink your entire life. Because there's no way you'll beat the $$$ these Stranger Things' cast members are actually earning.

We all know the Stranger Things' cast earns a pretty penny. After all, who hasn't heard of Stranger Things? And since season 3 is just a day away, we'd like to revisit just how much they actually earn from the show.
And get ready for your eyes to water.
Let's start with Millie Bobby Brown AKA Eleven.
Millie was just your average 11-year-old, auditioning for roles and managing to grab a few appearances in Modern Family and Grey's Anatomy. Little did she know that in the same year, she'd land a role that would earn her $20,000 per episode for season 1 and $24,000 per episode for season 2.
At 11 years old?!
Uh, anyone else remembering complaining about homework when they were 11?
The rest of the young cast earnt around the same for season 1, with Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler) and Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair) at $20,000 per episode for season 1.
However, since Noah Schnapp (Will Byers) wasn't there for much season 1 considering he went missing, he only received $10,000 per episode.
Season 2 saw a change in salary. Although it remained the same for Finn at $20,000 per episode, Caleb had a small increase to $21,000, and Noah upped his to $20,000 as he enthusiastically joined the main cast.
Unfortunately for Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), it looked like he roped in only $16,800. We're not sure how that worked out, but who else feels slightly frustrated on his behalf?
Then, Stranger Things blew up.
The Stranger Things' young cast got together, with the exception of Millie, and renegotiated their paycheck. Millie went at it alone, and...
Prepared to be stunned at what they ended up getting.
Take a deep breath. Ready? Okay.
In season 3, the young cast each received a staggering $250,000 per episode.
And Millie Bobby Brown scored an eye-watering $350,000 per episode.
There were 8 episodes.
Basically, they're all millionaires at age 17 and under. Because it adds up to $2,000,000 for each of them for just this upcoming season 3.
...What the heck were we doing at 15?!
But to make it even more impressive and jaw-dropping, let us do the math for you and add up what Millie would've earnt from the entire Stranger Things' series.
Millie earned a total of $160,000 in season 1, assuming her salary was $20,000 per episode.
In season 2, Millie made $216,000.
And when season 3 rolled around, Millie got a $2,800,000 check in her bank account.
Adding it all up, Millie Bobby Brown, the breakout star of Stranger Things with her iconic character, Eleven, raked in an eye-watering $3,176,000 from the entire Stranger Things' series.
And it's not over yet.
Millie Bobby Brown moved on to even greater things. She scored a role in Godzilla: King of the Monsters, a big-budget Hollywood movie that's already been released in cinemas.
For that role? Millie secured a $1,000,000 paycheck.
And she signed on for the next film in the series: Godzilla vs Kong to be released in 2020. Does she get even more?
Yes. Actually, three times as much. Millie will earn $3,000,000 from it.
Basically, with the Stranger Things' series and the Godzilla series, Millie's raked in over $7,000,000 by the age of 15.
Give us a moment while we rethink our entire lives.
Now, what about Finn Wolfhard? He's also moved on to greater things, right?
Yes, Finn's also moved on. He had a part in the movie called The Goldfinch (2019) and The Turning, but as he had only a small role in them, he only raked in $65,000 and $150,000, respectively.
Unfortunately, we can't find any more salary figures for him, but we do know he's earning in a pretty penny.
After all, he's starred in the IT movie series and done a lot of voice-over works for The Addams Family as Pugsley Addams and for Carmen Sandiego as Player. And let's not forget that he's set to star in the massive Ghostbusters reboot next year.
And can we talk about how it seems likely it is for there to be a season 4 and 5? And we somehow feel that they'll get an even bigger salary increase.
But let's be jealous in our own time. For now, though, let's applaud these hard-working teenagers.
...And then binge-watch Stranger Things' season 3 tomorrow together.
Who else is with us?
(Salary figures are according to IMDb)
