Stranger Things' Finn Wolfhard Leaves Fans HEARTBROKEN?!

And it's very likely that it's Finn's fault. Yep. We went there. And you'll see why. Was there a way to avoid it?

Who else is aware of Stranger Things' Finn Wolfhard's band, Calpurnia? Well, Calpurnia has just cancelled their summer tour, and if you've booked tickets to their shows, then you might be one of the many disappointed fans.

And you’re not the only one.

Unfortunately, Calpurnia has just cancelled their summer shows in July to August, in Louisville (Forecastle), Japan (Fuji Rock) and Chicago (Lollapalooza).

They posted an official statement on Instagram saying it's due to scheduling conflicts.

Check it out below:

At first glance, it seems like these 'scheduling conflicts' are due to Finn and his acting gigs.

Since Finn's currently starring as Richie Tozier in the IT film series (a supernatural horror involving a nightmarish clown that preys on its victims by using their own fears against them), it seems likely that this is the scheduling conflict that Calpurnia is referring to as IT Chapter Two is set to premiere on September 6.

After all, press tours involving the main cast of a film are very common, especially before the release of a film. This could actually be the reason why Finn can't perform with Calpurnia in the summer.

And sadly, there's been no mention of any rescheduling yet.

Of course, some fans understand. Check out what these fans are saying in the Instagram post's comments:

we all understand and love you guys. you put so much hard work into everything you do and it really shows. i love you guys, sending my love and support to all of you.
Oh no... I understand... But I always really want to see your show in Japan. It’s second time you cancel your show in Japan...
I completely understand and support your decision although I am a little bummed out cause i was hoping to go to the Chicago show

However, there are always going to be some fans who'll be a little more than angry.

Below are Instagram comments from fans who are definitely not happy about it:

I spent to much money on Lollapalooza tickets just to see you guys :(
Ayla is gonna leave this band soon...she wont stay in a non serious project
and this is why you won’t be around 5 years from now. This is now the second show you have canceled that my daughter was going to attend. GET A NEW MANAGER
F**k these guys. You can't treat us fans like this and expect us to support you. You have a lot of competition with other bands. I officially cut you off as of this post.
HOW DARE YOU I SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON MY PLANE TICKET, I can’t believe you would just cancel. Grrrrr I’m so angry. Frick my life////:(((
No no no no no no no I needed this why you can't you know the other people say I understand and please come my country and send ❤️ but my heart and Japanese people who are fans of calpurnia broke! And we are so sad #dontstop

Oof. But what if the band continued the tour without Finn? Is that an option? We mean, won't that be better than not having a show at all?

Calpurnia, after all, has been making quite a name for themselves recently rather than previously when they were just seen as 'Finn and the band'. They've actually managed to finally round up some real fans who are digging their music.

But what if the inconsistency is costing the band their fans?

And do you think that, at the moment, Finn may have his hands a bit too full? After all, he is slated for the upcoming Ghostbusters in 2020, and it looks like his acting career is just taking off, what with the Stranger Things season 4 that will more than likely happen.

With this being said, it looks like this could just be the beginning of the list of Calpurnia's shows being cancelled.

Which means more disappointed fans.

What are your thoughts? Do you think the band will be able to continue at this rate? Or do you think this could be the end for them?
