On January 14, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series' Olivia Rodrigo's new debut single, "drivers license" broke records for "most requested song ever" in one day on Alexa.
Let's rewind.
For those who don't know, Olivia recently released a new single "drivers license". After its release, it quickly trended on social media. At the time of writing, it has over 27 million views on YouTube.
Not even a week after its release, Amazon Music (@amazonmusic) tweeted out that it "broke the record" for the "most requested song ever in one day".
