Noah Centineo's NEW COMPANY 'Favored Nations' (Charity) + Giveaway

On January 29, To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You's Noah Centineo (Peter) announced that he had created a new company. Not only that, but he also created a giveaway where fans will have a chance to join him at the To All The Boys: PS I Still Love You premiere on February 3 in Los Angeles!
Let's rewind.
For those who don't know, Noah uploaded an Instagram video announcing his new company, "Favored Nations", and although he can't say too much, he did say that it would launch "really soon".

I "What up, guys. I have a surprise for you. I'm in Brazil, so I can't tell you everything right now, but I have developed a company called "Favored Nations" that is launching really soon and I can't wait to tell you more."
Noah then continued to say that he was hosting a giveaway and that the lucky winner and a friend will get the chance to attend the To All The Boys: PS I Still Love You premiere as well as hang out with him.
I "I wanna fly you and a friend out to LA to join me next week on February 3 at the premiere 'To All The Boys: PS I Still Love You'".
He added that flights, hotels and travel costs to the premiere will be covered.
How do fans enter Noah's giveaway?
The giveaway is free to enter, although fans must be 18 and over. Fans must go to Noah's newly established company, Favored Nations' website, and submit their details, follow Favored Nation's official Instagram account, @favorednations, and then tag a friend that they would invite in the comments section.
Noah's giveaway will end on January 31 at 12 pm PST, and one winner will be chosen at random. They will then be notified by DM on the same day.
I "I literally cannot wait to meet you, whoever you are, when you win. There's more to come very, very soon, but until then, I will see you in LA."

'Favored Nations' is actually a registered charity, and its description reads:
I "We found a new way to help the world, for those who give a sh*t."
Favored Nation's official Instagram account, @favorednations, was created just 4 hours ago. At the time of writing, it already has over 29.8k followers.
To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You will be released on Netflix on February 12.
