Stranger Things' Maya Hawke's MAINSTREAM (2020) Movie Update

On October 13, Stranger Things' Maya Hawke (Robin) uploaded a film still on Instagram, giving fans a sneak peek to her latest movie, Mainstream (2020).
Not only that, but Maya also uploaded a short clip on Instagram. In the clip, she appears to have just finished shooting a scene where she's scarcely dressed. She also appears to be covered in 'glitter'.
In the clip, Maya's companion calls her name to attract her attention. When Maya realises she's being filmed, Maya starts joking around.
In it, Maya explains, while pausing in laughter, "what it was like to be famous", using industry stereotypes.
I "Oh, hi. Welcome, this is the life of a movie star. Um, if you were ever wondering what it was like to be famous, this is it. It's very glamorous and sexy, and everybody wants to sleep with you and kiss you all the time, and people give you lots of free food and free clothes and free alcohol and basically, I just never pay for a thing myself. I'm drunk right now."
However, fans noticed two purple circles on the back of Maya's neck, which Maya explains in the post, that she "did not get attacked by an octopus", but had in fact, "got some cupping done".
(Cupping is a traditional Chinese and Middle Eastern therapy that involves creating suction on the skin with the goal of stimulating blood flow. Round bruises on the skin afterwards are common.)
What is Mainstream (2020) about?
Mainstream (2020) is an American drama movie about three lovers who "struggle to preserve their identities as they form an eccentric love triangle within the fast-moving modern world."
The cast includes The Amazing Spider-Man's Andrew Garfield (Link), Death Note's Nat Wolff (Jake), Fantastic Mr. Fox's Jason Schwartzman, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Johnny Knoxville, The Mindy Project's Chris Messina, Euphoria's Alexa Demie and American Hustle's Colleen Camp.
It is directed by Gia Coppola and written by Coppola and Tom Stuart. It wrapped up production on June 15.

Maya Hawke will most likely return for Stranger Things season 4 that's expected to start shooting in January 2020.
