On January 4, YouTubers Logan Paul and Jake Paul shared a series of Instagram stories about the Australia fires, asking fans to help donate to WIRES (Australian Wildlife Rescue).

In the Instagram stories, Logan says:

"This Australia situation is truly breaking my heart. I love animals [...] and seeing all these pictures of burned animals, and charred cities and landscapes is absolutely heartbreaking and devastating."

"For everyone who lives in Australia, I want you to know we’re thinking of you. [...] I want to help. We’re gonna donate money... however we can do to help, man."

One of his Instagram Story also had this caption:

"very fkn sad. For those who are affected, stay strong. Please donate what you can to help stop the bush fires in Australia."

Then in another Instagram Story, Logan reminded fans to also help donate to volunteers and firefighters who are risking their lives in the Australia fires, and not only to wildlife and animals.

Logan's caption reads:

"also… @nswrfs the large majority of funds currently being donated are going to wildlife/animals. Please also think of and donate to the volunteer first responders and firefighters tasked with putting their lives in danger to put out the fires. Anything helps."

Logan later retweeted a video on Twitter that reads: "If you can still ignore the fires in Australia after seeing this vid, you are NOT a human being."

The video is a series of clips of people rescuing burnt animals from the Australia fires.

Meanwhile, Jake also retweeted the same video clip along with this message:

"THIS IS HEARTBREAKING. STOP SCROLLING. START DONATING. EVERY LITTLE BIT COUNTS."

In Jake's Instagram story, he says:

"As you know, Australia needs our help. Don’t just keep on watching content. Don't just keep on scrolling past things. I want you guys to take action right now. Donate a dollar, donate 5 cents, whatever you can."

"Anything we can do to help is gonna make a difference."

Both Jake and Logan Paul included the link to WIRES (Australian Wildlife Rescue), a charity that focuses on "sick, injured and orphaned wildlife".
