On January 13, fellow YouTubers Jeffree Star, Gabbie Hanna, Shane Dawson and James Charles tweeted out their thoughts on NikkieTutorials' "I'm Coming Out" video.

Let's rewind.

For those who don't know, Nikkie de Jager, better known by her YouTube Channel name "NikkieTutorials", uploaded a video where she came out as transgender. She revealed that she'd originally wanted to tell her story under her own conditions, but because she had been "blackmailed by people that wanted to leak [her] story to the press", she was forced to make the video to take power back into her own hands.
