Jeffree Star ADDRESSES Kanye Divorce Rumors: 'Allegedly I’m Sleeping With Kanye'

On January 7, Beauty YouTuber Jeffree Star addresses the rumor that Kim Kardashian is divorcing Kanye West because he had been "sleeping with him".

Let's rewind.

For those who don't know, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's impending divorce hit headlines recently. Rumors quickly surfaced that the reason behind it was because the latter was sleeping with Jeffree Star.

Jeffree has now spoken out about the situation.

In a YouTube video titled, "Addressing The Kanye Situation", Jeffree reveals:

I "I woke up and my phone was blowing up and I’m like, ‘oh my god, what in the scandal is going on today?’. I honestly had no idea. I’ve been keeping to myself. I’m living in this beautiful state. I’m loving life and I’m just ready for 2021 and all the new s*** that I’m about to drop. And I get a million texts today, phone calls, news outlets…”

Jeffree then comments on his initial thoughts about the rumor when he first found out about his alleged involvement in it:

I "So I’m scrolling on the internet and I read the dumbest s*** I think I have ever read in my entire life."

He then shows fans his Twitter page, specifically to his own name trending on Twitter.

I "Why is Jeffree Lynn #3 trending? I woke up out of bed, [...], and I’m like, ‘huh?’. And the headline reads, ‘Kanye West might be sleeping with Jeffree Star.’"

I "I can’t. And then, I’m like, ‘how did we even get to this moment? Like, how would that even be made up? Because we both live in the same state?"

Jeffree then speaks about the origins of the rumor:

I "So I guess some girl made up a whole lie on TikTok and it went viral, where she insinuates Kanye and Kim are getting divorced because ‘a big male beauty influencer’ is sleeping with him."

He also reveals there have been several reporters and news writers "texting" him for his statement on the situation.

I "So I just woke up just trying to live my life and [...] I have people texting me, all these news people, like, ‘What do you have to say about this?’ And I’m like, ‘about what? What? I’m single, I’m not sleeping with anyone’."

Jeffree then addresses the situation with the following statement:

I "It’s 2021, it’s January 6, and allegedly I’m sleeping with Kanye. Let me just say this one time for any news outlet. I like very tall men. Me and Kanye have never hung out. And this whole thing is really funny. I guess if this is a start to my new year, Happy New Year."

He then throws a little shade to Kris Jenner, implying that she might've "orchestrated [the] whole thing".

I "And if Kris Jenner orchestrated this whole thing, Happy New Year, sweetie girl.

Jeffree then reiterates that he is indeed "single", and has "never slept with Kanye".

I "But no, Jeffree Star is single and I have never slept with Kanye."

Finally, he admits that he understands why some people might have believed the rumor, citing a line from his "B****, Please!" in 2009, and the time he went to a Kanye concert.

I "Okay, I get why people are really laughing at this because in an old song of mine from 2009, called ‘B**ch, Please!’, I say a line about Kanye."

I "But it was very Eminem, I mention like 50 celebrities and then say a bunch of crazy s*** so a lot of people are going onto that."

I "And then one time, I went to a Kanye concert with some other rappers and people are mentioning that as well. Like, y’all have too much time on your hands, b****."
