Jeffree Star UPDATES Fans on Black Friday Shipping Status

On December 19, Jeffree Star tweeted out updates to fans regarding the Jeffree Star Cosmetics' shipping status on the Black Friday orders after fans called for more transparency.
Let's rewind.
On December 18, Jeffree Star tweeted out that he had an important meeting for a project in 2020. However, it was quickly met with backlash as fans criticised Jeffree for focusing on a new project when many fans have yet to receive their Black Friday orders. (Read more here).
Due to the overwhelming negativity, Jeffree Star publicly addressed the situation and gave fans an update on the Jeffree Star Cosmetics' shipping situation.

I "The #JeffreeStarCosmetics teams are working around the clock and we are 90% done! I know how awful the delay has been & the growing pains of the business R learning curves that we will not face next year!"
Not only that, but Jeffree also uploaded an Instagram story:
I “I know a lot of you that ordered on Black Friday are waiting for an update so b****, it’s time to be fully transparent. Currently, [...] we have shipped 90% of all orders placed on Black Friday and the day after. There is sadly 10% remaining."
Unfortunately, this isn't the good news that fans were hoping for. Previously, an email had been sent out to those who are still waiting for their orders. The email stated that orders placed during the Black Friday sales will be shipped no later than December 19, and implied that they would arrive in time for December 25.
In a series of Instagram Stories, Jeffree apologised to fans, saying that he is “so sorry” and that there are “no excuses”. He continued to say that the rest of the orders will be shipped out in the next day or two.
However, he explained that because it is the busiest time of the year, the post office will most likely be overloaded with deliveries. This means that these orders will most likely not be delivered in time for Christmas.
Jeffree apologised again, saying, “I feel sick to my stomach”.
I "I feel sick. Like, I feel f**king sick to my stomach. People know that I f**king live and breathe this brand. So for anyone out there that is upset, I’m so sorry."
In an attempt to get the orders out faster, Jeffree explained that "every single person" working at Jeffree Star Cosmetics are helping to ship and that it’s “all hands on deck”.
