On December 21, Jeffree Star reveals to fans how heavily guarded his new house will be, and also what will happen to his beloved "Pink Vault".
Jeffree Star uploaded a video on his YouTube channel titled, "Saying Goodbye To Our Pink House Forever". In it, he explains that his new house will have over 100 cameras, armed guards and a live-in house manager who'll constantly view the cameras.
Check out what Jeffree says below:
I "We’re gonna have over a hundred cameras, we’re gonna have two security guards that will be on-premise twenty-four hours a day, armed [...]. We’re gonna have a live-in house manager that will be viewing all the cameras with security. It’s just gonna be a whole new vibe."
Meanwhile, fans asked what will happen to "The Vault". For those who don't know, it's the 10,000 pounds, bulletproof, stainless steel and securely locked-at-all-times safe that can only be opened with a fingerprint and retina scan.
Of course, Jeffree uses it specifically to store his special, and extremely expensive, pieces of clothing and fashion accessories.
Unfortunately, though, fans will be disappointed to know that it won't be moving with Jeffree to the new house as it's impossible to move. It also cannot be "forklifted" out of the house, as some fans had previously hoped.
I "The vault is obviously staying here. [...] The way it's all installed, you can't just [take it out]."
According to Jeffree, it's now up to the new owners to decide what they want to do with it.
I "Whoever buys this house will need to love the vault. Or they can remove the whole thing. That’s horrifying. So much love went into this."
However, fans don't have to worry too much about it. After all, Jeffree's already planning to build another vault in his new house.
An even bigger one, that is.
I "We’re going to build a bigger on. There is a bigger space in my house for something like this so I can’t wait to do it bigger and better."
In the YouTube video, Jeffree explains he'd originally wanted a bigger vault, but there wasn't a big enough space in the house. As a result, the original vault filled up pretty quickly. But it looks like he won't be having the same problem in his new house!
Fun fact: Jeffree also revealed that the items in his current vault will be moved into the new house once the alarms have been installed and the house is secured.
