James Charles Reignites FEUD With NikkieTutorials: 'I've Wasted Her Time [...] Twice'

On January 12, Beauty YouTuber James Charles reignites his feud with NikkieTutorials by excluding her "makeup look" for the second time in a row in his YouTube video!

Let's rewind.

For those who don't know, James recently uploaded a new YouTube video titled "My Friends Draw My Makeup Looks!" In the video, James asks his friends to draw a makeup look which he will later recreate. However, due to time constraints, James could only select a few.

In the video, James tells fans that he "didn't end up using" Nikkie's makeup look the first time he asked her back in July in a similar video.

I "I didn't end up using [NikkieTutorials' look and I think she made a whole entire [YouTube video] dragging me and then creating the look that I didn’t use. So maybe this video Nikkie will make it in. Or maybe I just won’t include her again just to continue the joke."

James then explains that it's a "running joke" between the two of them now.

I "Nikkie drew me a really, really cool makeup look the first time round and I did not end up using it and it kind of turned into a little running joke between us."

Meanwhile, James tells fans that Nikkie "pulled through again" after he requested for a makeup look the second time round for this new video.

I "And she pulled through again with a really, really cool look”

However, when deciding whether to use Nikkie's makeup look this time, James admits that whilst he likes it, he wants to "keep this feud going".

As a result, James ended up passing it up again.

I “Now I love this makeup look. I think the colors are so cool, I think the shape is so cool and I think Nikkie is so cool."

I "But I honestly do not want to recreate it today because I really want to keep this feud going. Because now I’ve wasted her time not once, but twice."

James then laughs, before adding:

I "Nikkie, I love you."

After the video was uploaded, James decided to stir the feud, and quote tweeted a clip of his video where he admits to wasting Nikkie's time:

I “hey @NikkieTutorials what’s good 😤👊

How did NikkieTutorials react?

The next day, Nikkie quote tweeted James' tweet and wrote:

I "*starts dramatic music*…🎶 and they ask you how you are and you have to say that you’re fine, when you’re not really fine🎶"

How did Nikkie react the first time round when James omitted her makeup look back in July?

In response to James' rejection, Nikkie uploaded a YouTube video, titled, "CONFRONTING James Charles Why He REJECTED ME! 😉". In the video, Nikkie says:

I "Today, I’m here to do a Storytime about how James Charles, the one and only James Charles, rejected me."

Nikkie reveals to fans that although she was eating dinner at the time, she prioritised James' request for a makeup look.

I "A couple of weeks ago, James snapchatted me and he was like, 'I want you to draw a makeup look for me'. So me being in the middle of a restaurant, I was like, 'Okay. Um okay. Sure. My dinner’s right there but I’m gonna do it for you baby'.

I "So I came up with this really fun, purple blue polka dot realness fantasy. And I was like oh my god, can’t wait to see it on his face."

She jokingly adds that James also ended up not recreating Charli, Dixie and Larray's makeup looks, hence they all now have "something in common."

I "And I'm so honored because finally Charli D'Amelio, Dixie D’amelio, Larray and myself have something in common. We got rejected by James Charles [laughs]."

I "James ended up going for four incredible other looks and the rest of us, were left hanging. No, I’m kidding [laughs]."

Nikkie then adds that the video was "all in good fun".
