On February 11, Jacob Sartorius revealed to fans that he was experiencing some mental health problems and that he was in therapy for the entire day.

In an Instagram Story, Jacob wrote the following caption:

I "I'm fine... just fighting some demons. been in therapy all day 🖤 mental health is so important... progress not perfection."

Soon afterwards, Jacob then tweeted:

I "if you support me please support others that do as well.. family helps and doesn’t hurt. family builds and doesn’t destroy.. it hurts to see everybody being mean to each other when we’re all here to 🖤"

The next day, Jacob uploaded another Instagram Story with the following caption:

I "SARTORIANS VS EVERYBODY"

*For those who don't know, "Sartorians" is the name of Jacob's fandom.
