Stranger Things' Finn Wolfhard has a role in an upcoming film titled “How It Ends”. The film will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival 2021 on January 29.

 

In an Instagram post, director Zoe Lister-Jones writes:

I "I co-wrote and co-directed a film during the pandemic with @darylwein called How It Ends, and I am so beyond thrilled to announce it will be premiering at the 2021 Sundance film Festival."

I "This is an incredibly special film to me and was made at such a difficult and complicated time with so much love."

I "What’s even more thrilling is I star in it opposite my brilliant friend and collaborator @caileespaeny (who you may recognize from The Craft: Legacy) alongside so many other incredible actors. I can’t wait for you to see this one."

It is unknown what role Finn will be playing, but he will star alongside Cast Away's Helen Hunt and Tron: Legacy's Olivia Wilde.

 

“How It Ends” premieres this weekend on January 29 in the Sundance Film Festival 2021. The second screening is scheduled for January 31.

 

 

 

What exactly is "How It Ends" about?

 

Basically, “How It Ends” focuses on Liza (Zoe Lister-Jones), a woman who attempts to make it to her last wild party to finish off the last few hours on Earth as an asteroid hurtles towards the planet.

 

"How It Ends" was filmed during the pandemic in Los Angeles. It was written and directed by Zoe Lister-Jones and Daryl Wein.
