On December 24, Finn Wolfhard shows off his guitar skills in an interview with Interview Mag after being challenged by The Turning co-star, Mackenzie Davis, to play iconic film scores that she suggested on his guitar without looking anything up.
The iconic songs that The Turning's Mackenzie suggested included the opening credit roll from The Shining (1980) and the opening themes of Ghostbusters (1984) and Titanic (1997).
Were there any songs that tripped Finn up?
There were two songs that Finn had a hard time with.
I "I can't believe Mackenzie would do this to me."
The first was none other than "Let It Go" from Frozen (2013). Finn tried his best, but unfortunately, the tune came out just a tad odd. It seems that Finn wasn't a fan of the Disney movie!
The second was the theme song from The Bodyguard (1992). Finn hadn't seen this, so he played a tune to what he thought it would sound like. (He decided on a sitcom kind of tune).
Finally, there were two scores that Mackenzie couldn't resist asking Finn to play. That is, of course, Stranger Things and Terminator: Dark Fate (2019). Finn nailed the Stranger Things' theme song, obviously).
Meanwhile, Finn Wolfhard is currently in a band called 'The Aubreys'. They've already recorded a song for The Turning's soundtrack, titled "Getting Better (otherwise)".
The Turning (2020) will be in theatres on January 24, 2020, and Stranger Things is expected to start filming in January 2020.
