Dixie And Charli D'Amelio Talks EX-BOYFRIENDS And Taking Down Photos Of Them

On January 21, TikTok star Dixie D'Amelio speaks out about how fans are uploading fake videos pretending to be her ex-boyfriend, saying that it's "creepy".
Charli D'Amelio also reveals that fans are tracking down her eighth-grade boyfriend, which meant she had to delete all photos of him from her social media.
In their podcast, "CHARLI AND DIXIE: 2 CHIX", Dixie starts off the topic by talking about how people have been creating "fake accounts" of her ex-boyfriend.
I "People are making fake accounts for my ex-boyfriend from high school who I am on good terms with."
I "But it’s so creepy because I’m seeing [...] so many videos of people pretending to be him on my 'For You' page."
She then adds that people keep questioning why they broke up and explained in the podcast that they left on good terms as they never planned to continue the relationship after he left for college.
I "We snapchat, we’re fine. He’s in college, I’m here, we’re chilling."
I "We broke up in 2019 and everyone’s like, how do you think he feels now that she left. Like, we weren’t planning on dating when he went to college anyways.
Her sister, Charli, also shared her own story that involved her eighth-grade boyfriend. Fans had somehow managed to track down his Instagram account.
Charli then reveals that her ex-boyfriend ended up texting her, asking her to delete pictures of them together on her VSCO to deter Charli's fans from finding him again.
I "And I felt so bad and he texted me, he’s like, 'hey um, I don’t know where people are finding my Instagram account but can you…'"
I "So I had to delete all the pictures of us from my VSCO, like a few months ago. So I definitely get it. It’s just so weird that people are just finding it now."
